Log into your ITS Technologies account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Carefully pack the electronics in their original box with all anti-static shielding and protective foam to prevent any physical damage during transit.

Shipping and Labeling

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the unit's serial number and condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
